DRIO Exteriors was founded with a unique vision: to provide premium exterior cleaning services while creating meaningful employment opportunities for local high school students.
Our founder recognized two opportunities in the North DFW area: the need for high-quality exterior cleaning services for luxury homes, and the desire of local students to gain valuable work experience. By combining these needs, DRIO Exteriors was born.
Today, we serve homeowners throughout North DFW's finest neighborhoods, delivering exceptional results while mentoring the next generation of professionals. Our unique business model creates a win-win situation: homeowners receive premium service, and students gain valuable skills and experience.

With 2 years of experience in the exterior cleaning industry, Dalton founded DRIO Exteriors with a vision to build a small business that provides premium service while supporting local youth through our development program.
Jake Emmons
First-Hand Pressure Washer
Recently graduated in 2025, Jake works as a first-hand pressure washer at DRIO Exteriors while pursuing his passion for art school. His attention to detail and creative eye bring exceptional quality to every project.
