How do I get a quote for my property?

You can request a quote through our website, by phone, or by email. For most services, we can provide an estimate based on your property size and specific needs. For complex projects, we may schedule a free on-site assessment.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and water/electrical connections if needed, you don't need to be present during the service. Many of our clients prefer to schedule services while they're at work.

How long does a typical cleaning take?

Service duration varies depending on the size of your property and the specific services requested. A standard driveway cleaning might take 1-2 hours, while a comprehensive exterior package could take a full day. We'll provide a time estimate when scheduling your service.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?

How far in advance should I book?

During peak season (spring and summer), we recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance. For our Annual Maintenance Plan members, we guarantee priority scheduling with shorter wait times.

Membership Program

What is included in the Annual Maintenance Plan?

Our Annual Maintenance Plan includes four quarterly visits throughout the year. Each visit includes cleaning of two areas of your choice from options like driveway & sidewalks, house exterior (first floor), patio/deck, fence, or garage floor. Members also receive priority scheduling and a 20% discount on any additional services.

How much does the membership cost?

Membership pricing is based on your property size and specific needs, typically ranging from $1,500 to $3,000+ per year. We provide a custom quote after assessing your property's requirements.

Can I change which areas are cleaned each visit?

Yes, you can select different areas for each quarterly visit based on your needs at that time. We'll confirm your preferences before each scheduled service.

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

The Annual Maintenance Plan is a 12-month commitment. We offer prorated refunds if you need to cancel for any reason before the end of your term.

How are the quarterly visits scheduled?

We'll work with you to establish a schedule that works for your calendar. We'll also send reminders before each visit and can adjust dates as needed to accommodate your schedule.

How does your student worker program work?

We employ local high school students as part-time workers, providing them with valuable work experience while delivering premium service to our clients. Students work afternoon shifts during the school year and have flexible schedules during summer months.

Are the student workers properly trained?

Yes, all student workers receive comprehensive training in safety procedures, equipment operation, and customer service before working on any client property. They always work under the direct supervision of our experienced staff.

How do you ensure quality with student workers?

Our owner personally oversees all work and conducts quality checks on every job. Student workers handle appropriate tasks based on their experience level, while our professional staff manages specialized cleaning and customer interactions.

How do I know if my student is eligible to work with you?

We hire students aged 16 and older from local high schools. If your student is interested in employment opportunities, please have them contact us through our website or by phone for current openings and application information.

What skills do students learn in your program?

Students develop a wide range of valuable skills including customer service, time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and professional conduct. They also learn technical skills related to exterior cleaning and property maintenance.
